Booking Procedures:

You can book using any of the methods listed below. Our preferred booking method is via e-mail, although if you're sending credit card details to secure a booking it is advisable to split the numbers over several e-mails, or just call us.

Individual advanced booking is suggested but not required.

For private charters OR groups of 8 or more, please book in advance. A deposit is required and a 10% service charge will be added.

Deposits & Cancellation Policies:

Advance bookings, rendezvous diving and private charters require a credit card deposit. We accept MasterCard or Visa, we DO NOT accept American Express.

For cancellations of 24 hours or more, no fee will be charged.

If you notify us of a cancellation by 5pm the DAY BEFORE your booking, we will do our best to waive the cancellation fee. If we cannot waive the fee (i.e. we now have to cancel a trip because we don't have enough people to go, or you privately chartered a boat that we could have used for something else and we can't re-allocate it), there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

For no notice of cancellations, the full 100% fee will be charged.

Dive Schedule: The regular schedule for dive trips departs our dock at 8:15 AM for a two-tank morning dive and 1:45 PM for a one-tank afternoon dive, picking up at local resorts and / or boat rendezvous along the way.
